Course Overview

New to budgeting and finance or looking to expand your knowledge and enhance your influence? Want to feel confident and sure when reviewing your organization’s financials? This course is for you!

This lack of knowledge and skills can leave you frustrated and unsure where to begin. I know! I've been in your shoes! When I first became a manager, I wasn't sure what questions to ask and hated bothering someone else to learn what I needed.

You are not alone! Organizations are challenged to provide current content, and often what they do provide may not be specific enough for your arena. I promise, it doesn't have to be this hard! In this four week course we will spend six hours building your skills on finance terminology, preparing, reviewing, and analyzing a budget, preparing and reviewing staffing plans, managing your salary costs and premium pay, and even how to evaluate new products or programs for implementation.

Wouldn't it be great if you were the expert people came to?
